Frosty Wooldridge’s Choice

**After reading this letter please “forward” it to your family and friends who you think might be interested.  As always, if you want to be removed from this mailing list just let me know by replying to this email.**

Greetings,

I continue to pray and hope the well-known commentator, Frosty Wooldridge, will turn away from his New Age beliefs.  Many of you have expressed the same, being stunned and saddened that men can be so adamant in their rejection of the Lord Jesus Christ as God in the flesh, and the Savior who came to save us from our sins.

But we must remember that when Jesus was on this earth he said clearly we had to make a choice; either we remain “ashamed” of him or be “ashamed” of our sin nature and realize he came to save us from its power and control over our lives.  Listen to how Paul taught born again Christians in Rome concerning these things as they struggled against their old sin nature that yet remained in their unsaved bodies.  Even though they had been given, by God, new pure hearts or spirits that were now ashamed, not of Jesus Christ as is Frosty, but of the sins of their minds originating from their carnal bodies, they still needed to understand the battle going on their minds and how to overcome the sins of the flesh.

————————————————–

Romans 6:

11Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. 12Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.  13Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

14For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.  15What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.  16Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?

17But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you.  18Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.  19I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members (body) servants to righteousness unto holiness.

20For when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.  21What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.  22But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

23For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

————————————————

Once again, the choice is ours, my friends.  What will we be ashamed of in our conversations with friends and family members, even those New Agers like Frosty, who are blinded by their sin nature?  Will it be our own Sin or the Son of God and his teachings?  I have copied below some your comments about Frosty and his reaction (also copied below) to my article “Christ or Antichrist: Your Choice”.

Your eternal friend,

Jack

Dear Jack,

Isn’t it time to let that poor guy Jesus alone?  He lived, he died and he hasn’t been heard from since.  He gave his 33 years and just let him rest in peace.  Good grief, why try to rebirth him into this crazy world?  He would be overwhelmed.  He was a poor, illiterate carpenter for heaven sakes.  He never traveled more than 50 miles from his home in the desert.  He espoused simple truths that anyone and many have also espoused.  He didn’t have the only patent on spiritual truths.

Let’s move toward a new spiritual understanding that humans are responsible for their own actions and that they cannot rely on mythical characters or real characters that have been made into perfect myths.  The major religions are all desert religions by some very backward and illiterate tribes.   For instance, I am from Sweden. I should bow down to Thor as my god because that’s my tribe. Instead, I think for myself and I stand as a beacon of spiritual energy for my own life.  Thor had his time and I’ve got mine.

Today, we know more, we understand more and we possess knowledge far beyond the simple understandings of the people who created those religions.  They simply no longer apply.  Look at the misery and killings by the Koran, Bible and other religions.  Was it worth it to storm the walls of Jericho and kill all those people just because the Christians could do it with bigger fire power?

How about moving from “Fearing God” to appreciating the “creative energy of the universe” that expresses through each of us?  It’s time to move beyond fear based religions and get on to happy religions that don’t condemn everyone to hell if they make a mistake or give somebody like the Pope all the power to judge the rest of us.

Let’s get enjoy ourselves on this planet and get on with living. God is in a campfire, a hummingbird and a whale.  God expresses through each of us as he expressed through Jesus.  No guilt, no condemnation and no hellfire and damnation.

Let’s get on with the joys of living.

Dear Frosty,

While I appreciate your tone of and desire for friendship and joy among men, you are sidestepping the most fundamental of questions.  First of all, while you acknowledge that Jesus Christ lived on this earth you refuse to confess that he claimed to be God in the flesh, and proved it by rising from the dead bodily.  Hundreds of people witnessed this supernatural event and suffered great rejection when they declared it publically to their friends and family members.  It was a risen Jesus who ascended into the heavens leaving the promise of his bodily return at the end of the age when the fallen angels will be imprisoned in the Bottomless Pit.  Don’t reject him just because two-thousand years have passed.

Frosty, I write this hoping you will reconsider this foundational question concerning the blood sacrifice of Jesus and his glorious resurrection, for in this truth dwells the only escape from our inherent sin nature.  But we must confess that we are all sinners before God, as Paul wrote in Romans chapter three.  Your desire for all off us to just get along in the joy of each other is a great thought and desire, but history shows that men are incapable of performing this outside of the power of God the Father in his Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.

Thanks again for responding to my article even though we are in disagreement because of your New-Age teachings.  I am afraid that you have judged all Christians by the “evil” warmongering that goes on in religious-political power circles of Christendom.  But know this, these militant Christian warriors are being seduced by fallen angels, who in turn keep men like you from seeking the “real” Jesus Christ.  Keep in touch, Frosty.

Your eternal friend,

Jack

Dear Jack,

We are all God in the flesh.  You, me and Jesus. Jesus had nothing on us because we all enjoy God’s expression through us. I realize that I am a forward thinker ahead of my time.   I don’t reject Jesus. He was a great teacher, but only at teacher. He was just a man no more or less than any of us.   I am 65 and have lived almost twice as long and much more educated and I have traveled all over the planet.  All those religions enjoy truths, but I don’t need to worship anyone including Jesus.  I enjoy the same ability to establish newer understandings of the concept of God and as I said, “God is the emerging creative energy of the universe.”    The Bible is a fine book for the Jews, but not for a Viking type like me.  It’s not from my tribe.  Why should I believe in some other tribe’s god?  That’s like asking me to believe in Allah or the Dream World by the Australian Aborigines.

I am a free thinker and way ahead of the mythical God concept of some dude up there in Heaven.  God is simply an energy that manifests throughout the universe.  Personally, I don’t think it has a brain, thoughts or conscience.   It’s just an energy that creates and destroys with equal abandon.

When the human race is gone when this planet ceases to exist, God and the universe won’t burp at our passing out of existence.  So what’s the big deal?  Just enjoy your life while you’re here and when you’re not, it’s over.  I’m having a great time during my time.

Blessings and joy,

Frosty

Wow!  Jack, you did a marvelous job of directing this gentleman to core questions…and basic realities.

But he cannot see and he does not hear…yet.  He is running…and the Holy Spirit is in pursuit…..Jesus loves him and is knocking.  I will pray for this lost sheep…

We have had over 5000 years to govern ourselves and achieve enlightenment…and yet mankind is still wicked, perpetrating violence upon one another, and creating god for himself with traits that allow him to chase every whim.

This fellow has fallen prey to the very mindset that he indicts religion for – skewing the truth to suit himself.

Sadly, the only example many people have of “faith in action” is NOT an example of TRUE, BIBLICAL faith.

But we need no examples…God Himself is revealed in creation, but “the creative energy of the universe” is not the mind of God.  It is the result of the creative mind of ‘the Only Wise God’.

I read his humanistic apologetics with great sadness…the pride of life is evident with his many “I”, “Me”, “My”, “self”, and “Mine” declarations.  It would be very hard to bend a knee to the superiority of anyone, much less God when arrogance is one’s only moral compass.

This could be our brother one day….I hope fervently that this introduction to Frosty is just another way that our gracious and forgiving God keeps His lost sheep on the radar…so that we may continue to pray on his behalf – for we ourselves were once seduced by fallen angels and entrenched in rebellion and deceived in our arrogance.  I am so glad that Christians were praying for me!

There are hundreds of scriptures that could serve as answers and revelations about the things that Frosty has written as his reasons for denying the power of God.  Would he change his mind if he understood that Jesus was not illiterate but venerated and quoted the Jewish texts as the Word of God?  Probably not.  Right now, Frosty does not seem teachable…

God grant Frosty humility, and a seeking heart, and evidence at every turn that Jesus (Blessed be His holy name) is the Savior for all mankind, the only sacrifice for sin, raised from the dead, the ascended Son of the Living God, soon returning King and eternal God.

“All these things My hand has made, and so all these things came to be, declares the LORD.  But this is the one to whom I will look: he who is humble and contrite in spirit and trembles at my word.”  Isaiah 66:2

Bless you Jack!  Keep running the race….the finish line is near!!

But if our Gospel be hid, it is hid unto them that are lost, in whom the God of this world hath blinded the minds of them that believe not . . .

Paul also writes of those who “receive not the love of the truth,” therefore God shall send them a strong delusion, that they should believe a lie and perish.

There are many people in that category today, and the number is growing.

It is sad but true.

and the beat goes on………same battle different person I just encountered with the same message-she however would claim to be a Christian…another gospel has seeded and sprouted across our nation.  The fruit is becoming ripe and not much longer will you or me be tolerated.  Satan has set up the perfect reason to rid the world of us in their minds if we do not join the new gospel which is really an old one.  Frosty has been off for a long time, I admit having stopped reading his articles.  Thank you for attempting to persuade him with the true gospel of repentance in the hope of the risen Lord.  All religions/paths to salvation, except Biblical Christianity, seek self for redemption, even simple ‘religious activity’.  May God unveil the eyes deceived by these satanic influences.

Jack, would you be okay with me sending this to Lighthouse Trails?  They really alert to the New Age movement, and the sheer arrogance and pride is most alarming to me.  I could send with a note that it is for information only….how did Frosty even get your email?  No wonder he never responded to mine…

Jack,

He is neither a forward thinker nor is he ahead of his time.  I heard this same stuff from the Mormons.  I have heard the same “forward thinker” thing for decades. In the 60s these guys called themselves “truth seekers”.  I had one of them tell me that if I just looked “behind his eyes” I would see the light of the universe. I never heard anything more lifted up and self glorifying in my life. They are so full of themselves because of their “forward thinking” that they look down at you from a high cloud.  The conceit is odious and discomforting.

This, at its core, is an even more twisted version of what Mormonism teaches about Jesus and us. These people are incredibly arrogant people. (not the Mormons), They are deceived, and only God can open their eyes. Seriously, they will only draw you into their arrogance the more you go back and forth with them. Don’t condemn him.  Remember there were men preaching in Jesus name back in Jesus day, and when the Disciples would have forbade them, Jesus said no, leave them be.  If they are not against us, they are for us.  You can tell him in no uncertain terms that you believe he is the victim of a horrible deception about who Jesus really was, and ask him in all humility to seek an answer from Jesus himself.  If the Lord wants him, he will take him with your prayers of support and your humility.  Believe me when I say, this man is surrounded by an incredibly dark and high wall of pride, and only Jesus can break it when it’s this bad.

If he ever tells you, after you have gone back and forth with him that he realized he was thinking about a more “focused” and possibly even hints at a more Jesus Christ centered approach to God, but then he gives in to the Pride and says, but I realized that was just “your little prayers” pulling on his mighty big spirit, Don’t forget to point out that your prayers get answered, and ask him if he remembers the last time his did.

Hi Jack,

Forgive me for only reading Frosty’s last email and your reply.  I’m having some pretty strong medication reactions and I just can’t focus long enough to read all of the subsequent emails.  I published a piece I began thinking about earlier this month when Steve Jobs passed.  Then a couple days ago his biological sister (they were separated at birth I think) wrote an article in the New York Times stating that in his last breaths Steve Jobs said, “Oh Wow, Oh Wow, Oh Wow.”  This is a man, according to his autobiographer (Isaacson), “hoped” there was an afterlife because he felt people’s ideas and inspirations should not just vanish upon death within this world.  Isaacson went on to say that Jobs never said anything other than that regarding any “hereafter.”  So, I think as a guess, Jobs did not see this afterlife as the Heaven we, as Christians, love and know it’s existence to be without question!!!  I’d be interested in your thoughts on my latest post on www.BlessedBooks.com regarding Steve Jobs passing.  With the three “Oh Wow”s  at the very end of his earthly life, this technological Icon apparently learned something at that instant that blew his mind and, sadly, possibly his soul for all Eternity.  This is someone the world saw as being ultra “knowledgeable and sophisticated.”  Some would say, “Who would know, if not him!!”  You and I know who knows!!!  Let me hear what you think.

Blessings always to you and yours,

Edd

Thank you for sharing Jack – I have many non-believers in my family – some that do not even believe Jesus existed – those are also radical evolutionists – it saddens me to know that Frosty chooses ignorance over TRUTH as my family members have. And the day they are on bended knee and our Heavenly Father says “Many people have shared the truth with you my son Jesus and you have rejected Him” and I can just imagine their gasps for reprival. I always explain to my brothers/parents that the reason I continue to share Jesus with them is because I want them to share with me the inheritance of the Love of God. I also tell them I do not want to stand before God and have Him ask me “Why did you not tell your brother/parents about me/Jesus” ~ I do not ever want to have to answer that question.

Continually lifting you and your ministry up in prayer, having faith that the Lord our God’s hand is upon you and your ministry!

Dear Bro. Hook,

Your discourse with Frosty Wooldridge should get greater exposure.  I also have had some correspondence with Darwinist Wooldridge, and I knew he was a humanist. Depopulating humanity is his major message, using anti-immigration as a canard to ease himself into public venues. Frosty is not always so civil in discourse. He was rather angrily obscene with me, as liberals will respond with ad hominem assaults when logic and facts fail them. The world in general, and Christians in particular, should know Wooldridge denies the divinity and lordship of Christ Jesus, and not allow him to hide behind his cited Unitarian Church membership. (Many don’t know the nebulous humanist Unitarian Church nature.)

Wooldridge is a snake in the grass, honoring the Father of Lies in Lucifer’s heritage. Expose him. I believe he is beyond redemption and happy to serve Satan with his Masonic friends. He is evil.

Hi Jack,

It was sad to read Frosty Wooldrige’s response. I should not be surprised but I still am. I think I read a few of his articles in newswithviews.com a long time back. As I recall I did not like them and quit reading the few I did. Jack, he does not understand why or how one is justified. Like most unbelievers he thinks his good deeds out weigh his bad deeds and thinks he can justify himself and is ignorant that all other religions are ‘works systems’ to get it right however they deem ‘their path’. His arrogance and pride in deciding who God is, shows the blindness of his heart and he like the other unbelievers really do not believe they are just ‘energy’ in the final count, because that means they are worthless and have no meaning for their existence. On their death bed tells the true story as they fear where they are going knowing somehow they will be held accountable, but not knowing to whom, if at all. He is certainly repeating ‘the script’ for today, but like most he has not really thought it out, meaning his is blinded ( by demons) into deciding his eternal destiny based purely on his own prideful opinions for ‘today’. That is the fall in a nut shell, got something better worked out for themselves…

Our Lord said the Great Apostasy would come and it is surely unfolding before our very eyes.Imagine what Frosty will be thinking when the Lord sends His strong delusion 2 Thess. 2:11?

I do not know if you are familiar with www.thebereancall.org I have received their newsletter for nearly 33 years. Dave Hunt and T H McMahon have been faithful to our Lord warning believers all this time of false teachers and the times we live in and to love the Lord you God with all your heart and all your soul and all your might and hold fast to His Word only. In the Nov issue online now I bet) it had part 2 of an article entitled ‘The Current End-Time Apostasy of the Church’. I think you will fine it very interesting beyond what you could think.

Frosty’s comments sound a lot like Norman Vincent Peale. I got the 4 books by Warren Smith from www.lighthousetrails.com. In it he traces the emerging church movement back to Madam Blavansky to Norman Vincent Peale ((mason) forward to Robert Schuler to Rick Warren. They use the exact sentences almost word for word. Amazing. Very occultic. God is in everything and everyone, every one is god, they just don’t realize it yet, god as you receive him, but a hierarchy to lead the uninitiated in the steps etc. All doctrines of demons. Things are moving so fast these days, fulfillments daily almost hourly…. He is coming sooner than we think.

Hi Jack,

Looks like your email friend, Frosty, has the spirit of Antichrist within him.  This has happened all over the world by so-called free thinkers.  In reality, they are not free at all, but in bondage to satan.  For he gives them freedom to practice a sinful lifestyle which they call free thinking.  Anyway, all we can do is pray for those who will not see the truth.  Well, my brother, Jesus came and paid the price for our sin, but if we reject that price and do not become one of his obedient servants via the Born Again experience, then we will surely face Him in eternity with great sorrow.

I urge you to continue in the Faith once delivered to the saints by Jesus Christ and His Apostles.

Subject: For Your Consideration

Dear Frosty,

In response to the letter forwarded to me by Jack Hook, I offer the following for your careful consideration.

First, all religions are not the same. Some religion teach children to “honor their parents” and other religions teach children to eat their parents. Christianity teaches husband “to honor” their wives as the weaker vessel; Islam teacher husband about honor killings of weak wives. Some religions believe in a Creator God; others believe they are a god.

Second, man’s fundamental problem is that he is going to die. All religions have belief systems about death or an alleged “life after death.” But, there is only one religion that offers empirical proof that death can be defeated and that is Christianity. In the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ, the Lord Jesus Christ visibly, tangibly, historically conquered death. So convinced were those who saw him alive after his death, they went through out the world proclaiming what they saw, heard, and touched; that is, they preached the empirical evidence of a risen Christ and died for their proclamation. All other religions are a matter of subjective, improvable suppositions. But, Christianity is deeply grounded in history and fact.

“That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you” confessed a follower of Christ–I John 1:3

I respectfully request you consider the following skeptics who investigated the historical evidence for the risen Christ and changed their beliefs.

Simon Greenleaf (1783-1853) was one of the founders of Harvard Law School. He authored the authoritative three-volume text, A Treatise on the Law of Evidence (1842), which is still considered “the greatest single authority on evidence in the entire literature of legal procedure.”1Greenleaf literally wrote the rules of evidence for the U.S. legal system. He was certainly a man who knew how to weigh the facts. He was an atheist until he accepted a challenge by his students to investigate the case for Christ’s resurrection. After personally collecting and examining the evidence based on rules of evidence that he helped establish, Greenleaf became a Christian and wrote the classic, Testimony of the Evangelists.

Let [the Gospel’s] testimony be sifted, as it were given in a court of justice on the side of the adverse party, the witness being subjected to a rigorous cross-examination. The result, it is confidently believed, will be an undoubting conviction of their integrity, ability, and truth (Simon Greenleaf, The Testimony of the Evangelists: The Gospels Examined by the Rules of Evidence, Kregel Classics, 1995, Backcover.).

Sir Lionel Luckhoo (1914-1997) is considered one of the greatest lawyers in British history. He’s recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records as the “World’s Most Successful Advocate,” 15 times with 245 consecutive murder acquittals. He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II — twice. Luckhoo declared:

I humbly add I have spent more than 42 years as a defense trial lawyer appearing in many parts of the world and am still in active practice. I have been fortunate to secure a number of successes in jury trials and I say unequivocally the evidence for the Resurrection of Jesus Christ is so overwhelming that it compels acceptance by proof which leaves absolutely no room for doubt (Sir Lionel Luckhoo, The Question Answered: Did Jesus Rise from the Dead? Luckhoo Booklets, back page. http://www.hawaiichristiansonline.com/sir_lionel.html.).

If the world’s two experts on forensic “evidence” investigated the resurrection of Christ and found the integrity of the evidence so compelling that they embraced Christianity, I challenge you to put aside your bias and objectively study the laws of evidence and then investigate the Christian proclamation: “Christ, risen from the dead.”

Finally, in regards to your statement “we are all God in the flesh” and that you are a “forward thinker” I say the hard thing. Your views are not new. In fact you are not a “forward thinker”. You are “backward thinker.” Your view that we are all gods is as old as the Garden of Eden when the tempter said to Eve, “You shall be as gods.” The view that men are some kind of God was the first lie told to the original couple, and you have adopted the oldest lie in history  as your religion.

In Grace,

Dear Brook,

Gosh, I read over your script a second time.  How could you be a PHD and profess to follow a historical myth to such an absurd conclusion? What kind of a world do you live in filled with magic, myth and ritual?

Man’s reality is that he’s going to die just like a hummingbird, elephant and whale. No different. Live, die, back to dirt.  What’s the big deal?  We’re all animals that will come from the black void of non existence and return.  It’s that simple.

Heaven and hell are pure unadulterated baloney and conjecture by fearful humans.  They have no basis in fact whatsoever.

Jesus was no different than any other “spiritual leader”. Hell, I’m smarter than Jesus ever was and know vastly more than him in the spiritual realm.  The Bible was written by virtually illiterate people with no command of science, astronomy, biology, etc.

Christ’s resurrection is pure myth. If he rose out of the tomb, then his body must be floating around somewhere on this planet because it sure as hell can’t live in space.  Man, that story is one of dozens that are so utterly ridiculous.Actually, I am a brilliant thinker, brilliant liver of life and lover of living.  It’s what I do.

Peace and light,

Wow! What a response!

Frosty, what I offered to you was forensic evidence of the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ in hopes you would consider this historical event. I offered you the conclusion of the world’s greatest lawyer,  Lionel Luckoo, who was considered the foremost expert on historical investigations and chosen as such by the Guiness Book of World Records, knighted twice by the Queen of England for his 245 consecutive wins as a lawyer in murder trials. Luckoo reached a verdict after cross examining the claims of Christ that the original claims as presented in the historical documents were true.

I also offered you the witness of Simon Greenleaf, considered the world’s greatest mind on the laws of evidence in his day, the co-founder of Harvard Law School.—a Jew. His Christian students challenged him to apply the rules of evidence to an historical investigation of the risen Christ. He did! And, he became convinced the testimony of the original witnesses to the resurrection were true and correct.

Frosty, I am a nobody, Ph.D. and all. I do not expect you to listen to me . . . but, I had hoped you would listen to two trained attorneys, experts in historical investigation, and so recognized by their peers as the greatest minds of their time. If you won’t listen to them or the testimony of Christ’s contemporaries (I Corinthians 15:1-12) there is nothing I could say to change your mind—a mind “smarter than Jesus”—a mind with greater knowledge on the rules of evidence than Greenleaf and Luckoo.  What would the world do without brilliance like yours?

Whew! Wow!

Jack – It never ceases to amaze me how blind we all are, but how deadly-blinded billions are to the Word.
You responded better than I could have. You’ve sowed the seed. It has fallen on barren ground among the tares.

I have a friend raised as a Catholic and another raised in the Hebrew faith, both on the same path as Frosty.
The first actually believes the ‘essence’ of his being can be placed into another body – hence freezing one’s head
or body for future restoration. While Christ says, to be absent from the body is to be with the Lord in heaven.

Like Pharaoh of Egypt in Exodus, their hearts are hardened to the truth and they believe every false hope
that comes their way. Soon, they will find themselves on the wrong side of the great chasm with the rich man –
wanting to send messengers to warn his brothers that hell is real, but it will be too late.
It seems that the worst of hell is that which we make for others when it returns to sit like an elephant on our hearts.

This year there will be 7-billion souls alive on this earth. Historians believe there might have been as many
as 100 billion people that have lived on this world. No wonder God Jehovah said in Genesis 6: 5-6
“The LORD saw how great man’s wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the
thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time. The LORD was grieved that he had made man (in flesh)
on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain.”
The world is truly full of evil and my heart is filled with pain for all of those redeemable souls like Frosty, for I am a baby,
a mere child of the Most High GOD Jehovah. Even the 7,000 angels had a chance to repent and abandon Satan to his death sentence,
but they didn’t. I have said a prayer for Frosty and my long time friends Charles & Michael that our Lord will soften their hearts before time runs out.

Dear Jack

One comment if I may. Mr Frosty mentions that ALL RELIGIONS HAVE TRUTH. He aknowledges
the fact that there is a ‘thing’ called TRUTH, so by His own admission he believes in TRUTH.
Jesus Christ said ‘I am the way the TRUTH and the life’. Mr Frosty just simply refuses to believe in
Jesus Christ as the TRUTH and that HIS WORD is TRUTH. So Frosty has made his choice to believe in something other than the real truth JESUS CHRIST. By His own choice He chooses
to reject the truth that He said exists.Sounds to me that Mr Frosty should hook up with Oprah Winfrey and they can both believe in any so called Truth they wish to believe in because they are both ‘ free spirits’ as he puts it. Sad , what a mess!!

Keep up the Fight!

Bro. Jack,

It seems like this guy is going to “free think” his way into Hell.  What a shame that people refuse to recognize God or His Son Jesus on this earth but will one day do it in the end time Phil. 2:9-11

God Bless

Hello again Jack,

Old Frosty does appear to be missing the point about Christianity doesn’t he ?

Especially his comments about the “misery and killings by the Koran, Bible and other religions.”

As you rightly pointed out there is true Christianity and false Christianity, symbolised by the “Man of lawlessness. (2 Thess.2:3; Matt.7:21-23)

I wonder what makes him think that Jesus was illiterate ? (Luke 4:17)

Or that God is some kind of energy force that creates and destroys without thought. You only have to look at creation to see evidence of an inteligent and purposeful mind. (Rom. 1:20)

Most of all the Bible is a book of prophecy, history written in advance, so accurate as to be undeniably the word of God, who’s wisdom far exceeds that of man, primitive or modern. (1 Cor.1:25)

He didn’t have it written down for nothing, but was given for the benefit of mankind, (Isa.48:17; 2 Tim.3:16,17) and to prepare us for what is still to come such as the destruction of Babylon the great, ( the world’s false religions) the great tribulation, climaxing at Armageddon, followed by the new heavens and the new earth (God’s Kingdom) that we so eagerly await. (2 Pet.3:13) Yes please, i’ll have some of that.

What say you ?

Why are old fashioned ideas old fashioned ? Well new ideas may come and go, but old fashioned ideas remain because they work. The Bible is as relevant today as it’s always been.

Christian regards

Steve

Subject: Why?

Dear Jack
Greetings to you today in the precious name and honor of our Lord and Savior Jesus.. How are you doing today. I do appreciate your newsletters that you send out.. I read the emails that was sent by Frosty to you and your response to him. It is apparent that he has such a deep seated hatred against Christ and who “HE really IS.. From what he has written to you about Christ he apparently has taken a considerable amount of time reading or studying the word of God in his attempts to try to disprove the TRUTH.. The bible clearly tells us not to cast our pearls to the swine.
Frosty has heard the truth from you on several occasions, he has read the bible which is truth and the Lord only knows how many other people that God has sent his way to share the glorious gospel of truth with him. If Frosty does not want Christ he has that right.. The bible says “There is a way that seemeth right unto man but the end thereof are the ways of death. I have lost so many beloved family members who died at a young age over the years they did not live to see 65 years as Frosty professed to be. He has been blessed to live this long on earth when there are so many people dying every day so much younger. I pray that he gives his life to Christ before he dies..Our life is but a vapor.
I discern in my spirit by Frosty reply I sense that he has a deep seated anger and hatred against Christ. If he would share his life I truly believe that somewhere at some point something happened to him or someone he loves and he became bitter and hardened against Christ therefore he embraces the new age thing. He thinks by his bitter words against Christ that it is hurting Him, Little does he know is, that it is only hurting HIMSELF!!
God bless you love in Christ

Dear Jack

I have been receiving your letters for some years now, but never felt the need to reply till now, perhaps because I am lazy at typing.

or, because you are American ex military and never felt a common bond with your letters but well for some reason you are on my system still anyway, I am not sure.

My name is Eddy Carter-Smith South African (white) and was conscripted to the army in 1982 we fought the Angolan(communist) war as was the rage of the day my Brother 6 years older than me did the same as this war raged on for some many years. So what I am saying is I do not have the kind of Vietnam experience you do but I can understand you. The Angolan/SA/Namibian (then South West Africa) war was by no means as savage as Vietnam

Over the long while I have been following many USA based Blogs and letters and on the odd occasion I have actually met an American. I must say I am really not impressed with US people in general and the ones I have met, I find to support my dislike, even the so called Christian ones. I once met a Hewye Vet – Big Hat –Boots an all “Texan” Gung ho fella.

What is common to us is the Belief in Christ, and I have no doubt as to your sincerity, I also understand your desire that all should know about Jesus.

So as to Frosty’s letter he is absolutely right in his assumption and assertions. Jack you can explain till the cows come home it will not help Frosty at all.

Either he is a seeker after truth or not and if he is well then as the word promises then he shall find it, and it will be supernatural as God is.

Like Jesus said to Peter “who do you say I am” Peter replied and Jesus then said “there is only one way you could know that, the Father himself revealed it “ as with Paul on the road to Damascus, as for Jericho, that was a display of Gods authority to the enemy of his people as is all wars God controlled they were distinctive in that they took the least amount of men with the most unusual methods and were free of any deaths on the vanquishing side) – what the USA is all about is the very lack of God and his authority hence the rambling suicidal non ending wars they involve themselves in.

Frosty is right he is of the “spirit’ of the Viking and the mythical god Thor which is really a demon or Fallen angel, but how is he to know this if he is not seeking the truth but merely requesting you give up yours –that then would put you back to his level of ‘understanding” and really apposes the thought that he walks with a superior knowledge. Linguistically it is a contradiction to express a superior knowledge and then deny Christ, for he is knowledge itself, it is a contradiction to use any form of language and words in any form to deny, express or make a statement that Christ is not what he is or claimed- as God himself was the creator of such word and language

To converse with a believer and deny his expressed truth as is revealed to the believer by the “holy spirit’ is a really a statement of status of knowledge –( I do not believe what you do because really I don’t understand – it has not been revealed to me that which you are telling me)

Even a true unbeliever must go test the knowledge to prove him right so that he must and can puff out his chest, but the moment he attempts to test the truth that will make him a seeker and “God himself-Jesus-The Holy Spirit will reveal and defend.

Frosty my man when and if you do just make sure you are not standing on top of the walls when they come tumbling down.

On a less serious note and in the light of good humor I can not resist to say that Frosty your superior knowledge is like excellent Swiss cheese it is good but its full of holes.

Regards

Eddy Carter-Smith

Sorry, Jack.  I agree with Frosty.

So if you’re closed minded on the real universe, but only open to Jesus as ‘God’, take me off your list.

After 63 revolutions around the Sun, I am of his opinion.  Furthermore, if you take “original sin” out from Genesis, the whole Jewish/Christian theology comes crashing down.  Then there is no need for “redemption” or a Messiah, or any part of those writings written 3000 years ago by ignorant goatherds.  Kings 7:23 says Pi is =3?  Really?  Well, it ain’t, and God should know better.  I am not born of some old goatherd’s definition of “original sin”. I am a free human being.  The whole mystery of the Universe is before me, and I embrace it gladly, and freely.

Cheers from a happy secularist.  Antichrist?  Stupid is as stupid does.  What superstitious nonsense.

Best regards, Ivan

Frosty,

There is something disingenuous here.

Did Jesus ever claim to be ‘just a great teacher and only a teacher’?

Or did Jesus claim to be the Son of God?

If you are right, then Jesus is a giant liar and is not to be trusted.

If Jesus is right, then you need to fall on your knees and call him Lord and God just like Thomas did in John 20:28.

Don’t give me any wishy-washy ideas that Jesus was only a teacher.  ALL of Holy Scripture points to the fact that the Only Begotten Son of God was to, and did, come into the world to die for our sins.

If you don’t see that, then I pity you and will be praying for you.

G’day Jack….

I always thought Wooldrigde was a ‘Christian.’ I often read his articles from the “NewWithViews” email-alerts. He has a passion for his country U.S.A. Good that you are in discussion with him, ….and ‘preaching the Gospel” to him. I will you and him on my prayer list, may God grant us an answered prayer..! <Grin>

Thanks for the email-information Jack. It does seem that FW has fallow ground in the falsehoods of New Age. His comments were quite interesting, but typically oblivious of what Christ has done. A Spiritual Leper.

Christian Agape…

Thanks again Jack,
