The leaders of your religion, & the leaders of other religions (& governments), in their own self interest, convince you that their explanation of the mysteries is correct & exclusive. Beware those who would rob you of your awe with complex explanations of that which cannot be explained. Every thing is alive with the unexplainable grace coming from a source no one is meant to know.

This is the first time I have contacted you, but after reading your article:PPP, and reading the large article, I felt I should contact you, and let you know that I appreciated both articles. I also served in VN (64-65), altho not in the same manner, I was Casualty NCO for he USAF during this period. War and the results are the most horrible, you can’t believe that people would treat and kill people in any manner that they can think of. Also, when you place young people in these position are changed for the rest of their lives. Some of the thing I witnessed in my position were things I’ll never forget and I hope that Jehova allows me to be in this position again.
Theere is n’t much more I can say, but thanks for the article. Please continue sending material to me as I enjoy reading them, and keeping me advised.

I read your email with great interest. I made a Westpac & was only involved in Vietnam “on the fringes. I was born, raised & still am a practicing Catholic. My Catholic faith has never wavered, although it has been tested in my lifetime. Our war wasn’t the most popular of endeavours & the scars are still there. Everybody that I know that served did so with honor & distinction, regardless of political beliefs. There’s still a lot of evil in the world & I pray my Rosary everytime I go to Mass for peace throughout the world. Now it’s the sons of friends who are in harm’s way. Jack, my combat tour was far different than my brothers in arms who served in Viet Nam. I was 14 when Saigon finally fell, four years short of that warand I waited to enter the Army until I was 25 years old. Panama has very little in common with Viet Nam, while the bullets were real, the combat situations were less harsh. Thank you for the message. I had left the army near the time of the deactivation of the 2nd Infantry Division following the Korean conflict. I was not aware that units of the 9th Infantry had become a part of the 25th Infantry Division in Viet Nam. In 1953 my father’s brother was in command of the 55th QM Base Depot in Pusan. His father, mother, and my father are all buried together at the army cemetery at Arlington, Va.
Your message brings to my mind the consistent offer of forgiveness contained in Mat 9, Mark 2, Luke 5 and John 5: “your sins are forgiven, pick up your pallet and walk” and variations thereon. And your reference to scripture “by Grace you are saved…” and not by your works gives a hint of your “flavor” of Christian heritage. Yes, I would have been a lot better soldier had I known 1 John 1:9-10. The disguised Christian teachings at Fort Benning (about the ability to charge up the hill firing your rifle and not having to look back to see if your soldiers were following) were in reality a witness to the Truth as shown us by Jesus Christ. Yes, I knew His Name, but I didn’t Know Him. Yet, I have been saddened by the reported lack of leadership evidenced by stories from Viet Nam about unacceptable behavior towards “newcomers” to the battle scene there. It’s no wonder that so many veterans are still haunted by post traumatic stress syndrome.
But, by His Grace, I have been shown the Truth; I believe and have accepted the Offer and am saved from the consequences set out in Rom 6:23 and rejoice that you, too, are one of those described in 2nd Cor 5:17.
Your sins of the flesh do not exist in the eyes of God; they have been redeemed by the Blood at the Cross!

Thank you for your service during Vietnam. Although the war was over by the time I was born, it is a subject I care deeply about. I am now older than my father was when he was there and I try to imagine the confusion and horrors he faced.
My religious beliefs have no baring on my support and appreciation for our veterans – especially those during the Vietnam era. I read your entire email and was tempted to reply in a different manner but I will refrain from getting into my personal beliefs. I’m happy that you have found solace in something that enables you to move on from this tumultuous part of many veteran’s lives.

I counseled a man a few days ago who didn’t go to Nam and has spent the rest of his life feeling bad about it. Then there are guys like you who got a cushy job in Nam who spend the rest of there life feeling bad about it. You must forgive yourself and move on. If you got into a situation where you weren’t required to kill anyone do you think the Lord would be disappointed? How folks can feel bad about not having to kill people is baffling to me, but it is, however, very common.
One more thing I have gathered from your writing is that you must never have held a baby in your arms. You couldn’t have possibly held a baby and looked into it’s face and attribute all the evil to it that you mentioned below. I am not saying these things to put you down these are just things that I have a problem with as a three tour combat veteran.

First off, I thank you for the sacrifice you have made for our country. Vets deserve honor and appreciation, more than what they get! How true that all of us were born into this world with a sin nature filled with the pride, love of money, self and carnal pleasures. I couldn’t agree with you more. That you are offering Jesus as the answer is wonderful, and I’m greatly encouraged to learn that many vets are open to your message.
The “blinding spirit of pride that consumes the militant patriots of the right wing religious zealots” is an interesting concept, one to which I have given considerable thought. In Chapter 11 of my second book, I address “Jingoism” under these categories: Rightful Patriotism, Radical Patriotism, and Partiality in the Pew. The idea is to expose, as error, warmongering patriotism smacking of idolatry, but all too often advanced by the church.
I’m sure you agree that it’s not so much about politics or partisan faith, but it is all about Jesus Christ. I perceive that theme throughout your writings, and I love hearing your testimony as to how your eyes (and your wife’s eyes) were opened to the truth! Your written testimony on the web page is heartwarming, articulate, biblically sound and engagingly humble. I am certain that, with all the hits on your site, you’ve touched many lives as a result of it. In fact, I’m very impressed with your entire web site. It is well appointed and full of substance.
Too few link their beliefs with Bible truth. On the other hand, you’ve been very careful to substantiate your theological grid scripturally, and I really respect that. We all did our part in Vietnam. We did what we were sent to do, whether it be infantry, armor, arty or support. Orders are orders.
God has his way of scheduling events for us, and we will never know why some live, no matter what we do, and some die. The oldes question about death is “why do good men die?”
I died of cancer in 1997. I flatlinned at the hospital and was sent back because my missions were not completed. The doc’s said I wouldn’t make it another year, and that was ten years ago.
I minister from a postion of having been there and done that. I use my military, law enforcement and health issues background to bring the lambs to the Lord. I think we are on the same journey.
I too am a disabled vet (90%) and retired from the army and police depts. I’v ejst been diagnosed with Agent Orange connected diabetes type 2, peripheral neuropathy in all limbs, and other things, so the health issues at my age are always a constant battle, and I think assaults by Satan. Still, we fight back and persevere.

Greetings Jack, from a Vietnam vet and a fellow Christian. Our stories are remarkably a like. I was an athiest after VN and a poor Catholic before. My rifle platoon was nearly decimated and rendered combat ineffective in 7 seconds give or take. I blamed God first, the generals in charge of the operation second and damned near every one else eventually.
If I could type I would share with you. I agree with your outline of Christianty and would love to discuss the details. We can both be wrong but we can never both be right about scriptures if we have different points of view because there is only one truth and I seek it every day. I am surrounded by humanist so talking to a believer with your back ground would be refreshing.

In response to your email to me. The attached is my testimony (The Cover Story) that I wrote for the church I attend and have attended since I was born. I have heard testimonies in our church from people that have found Jesus that also were atheists even though they were not saved because of being in the war. My story starts out when I was sixteen years old and found Jesus. This was three years before I went to Vietnam. Its another perspective for you to read and learn because Christians were brain washed into thinking that taking the life of another human being was OK. I have been fighting this guilt ever since I came home from Vietnam even though I have asked the Lord for his forgiveness when I returned and found that he forgave freely. I was in an infantry unit and was in some small firefights and blown ambushes where there were people I had to kill. It wasn’t all that hard to do at the time but as life goes on I found that it is even harder to forgive myself for what I’ve done. Peoples lives have been changed because of me and my actions. Perhaps you can shed some light on the matter. I’m not looking to justify my actions as a christian but would like to know if you think a christian who has killed the enemy even though the bible says “thou shalt not kill” can still make it to heaven if he has asked forgiveness from our God. I have written much concerning my memories of events and feelings of the guilt I now have and my rage against our government for what they did to myself along with all the soldiers that ever fought in that war. Thank you for your e-mail, and your concern. As you probably all ready know, I too am a Nam vet. I was with the 2/77TH FA 25TH Div, and with the 1/8TH FA 1st Air Calv in 1970. We were the guys who invaded Cambodia in late April early may of 70. Surprisingly enough not much is commonly known about that time. In fact not until recently has the government released any info on this time. Even now their version doesn’t fit up to what really happened. I fully understand why you feel bad about not being in the thick of it but trust me it’s much worse knowing that you caused the death of so many as I do. Like you, I came back without my faith, and I’m still that way today. I still believe in a supreme being, and follow most of the commandments except the two about the Sabbath and one God over the other. I guess there’s just to many religions, and to date there doesn’t seem to be one that fits, so to speak. If everybody’s right, somethings wrong, somewhere. Like you mentioned in your letter, it seems to me that these people Thur out history have caused most of the wars we’ve seen to date.That’s a lot of blood on letting to convince someone to follow these holy books, wouldn’t you say! It’s hard for me to believe that there’s only one way into heaven, and if there is, how can you be so sure yours is the right way. I guess what I’m trying to say is that loving your fellow man and just being a good person should be enough for a ticket. All this arguing over which way is right has caused more damage than good. It’s like the old war phrase Peace or I’ll kill you. Maybe someday people will get it together, and find out that its all about respect, and love of your fellow man. All this eye for an eye has done is blind us all. I’m glad for you because you seemed to have found your way in this life. In a way I have too by simply treating everyone with respect rather than trying to convince them my way is the only way. Kindness is contagious and is always played forward, so it needs to be spread. I too as you probably know was a young LT. in Vietnam ~ my guilt is leaving my platoon behind to become an XO after almost 7/8 months in the rice paddies and hills and mountains of Northern South Vietnam… I also have guilt about what happened after I left VN early as part of Nixon’s first 25 thousand withdrawal numbers… a week later the 4th of the 31st Infantry of the 196th was decimated… replaced by the Marines…
I looked at your message and God was indeed my salvation and I had him beside me in VN… which is the only reason I’m here.. I knew it then and I know it now ~

I am in full concurrence with you in your discernment of the evil of the ecumenical movement to bring all the denominations into Rome whether it be thru an “evangelical” movement or “promise keepers”, etc.
As you know, I have often stated that Roman Catholicism is the Spiritual part of Babylon, with the Madonna Child Cult of “Mary” worship, and literal Baal or Lucifer worship thru their so-called priesthood (priests with hoods). All of this falls under the doctrine of Babylon, or the end time Neo-Babylon, headed up here in America. This is Satan’s masterpiece of deception that has existed historically since ancient Babylon by the Euphrates River, the first civilization this side of the flood of Noah, and Nimrod and Semiramis’ setting up of the Priesthood of Baal, with Nimrod as the first Pontifex Maximus. This title, Pontifex Maximus came down thru all of the ancient empires of man, to settle in what we call the Holy Roman Empire where the Caesars of Rome passed this title from the last Caesar, Constantine who became the first Pope of the Roman Church. All of this is historical facts if one cares to take the time to research this out. This is very sinister stuff also, because, of what the Church of Rome, or Spiritual Babylon is trying to do in modern times, which is to bring in together all “Christian” denominations to commit whoredoms with the church of Rome!
Jack, you and I know that America was chosen by Satan to be the New Babylon or Babylon the Great, for, in America would be established the headquarters for the United Nations, the culmination of Neo-Babylon with it’s three branches: Spiritual, economic and political. I believe I have also mentioned how Satan has ruled his earthly empire in total secrecy from three locations, known historically as “The ancient Babylonian Power of Three”. Today, these locations are: Spiritual: Rome Economic: London, England Political: Washington, D.C. However, Satan brings it all together in New York City, USA at the United Nations Organization, an Occultic Satanic Organization with one thing in mind, the establishment and revival of Babylon. This is why God calls America Babylon the Great in Revelation 17 & 18.
This all has huge ramifications for the American Christians, the vast majority of whom know absolutely nothing about this, simply because they will not search for the truth. They believe these ecuminical servants of satan that says it will be revived Rome, when the Bible plainly tells us it is revived Babylon! God help those of us who have taken the time and studied this out, to tell others the truth, ones that the Holy Spirit leads us to. America is Babylon the Great. Jack, we know that Christians in America are being deceived in so many ways, not the least of which, they are told by their pastors that they need to be good patriots and support the military services and serve in the military if they can. America is literally going throughout the world establishing democracies. Few Christians realize that this will be the end-time beast system of government, a type of democracy that will be a system of democracy, Fascism (aka Hitler) and Communism (aka Russia). It will be a Totalitarian Dictatorship of the first order with the Political Anti-christ heading it up from America! Here we are brinking again. Economic ruin, weather ruin, or war ruin. Is this God allowing prophecy to be fulfilled, or is it deliberate ruin of our world by the Powers that Be? Well, the weather isn’t our fault–it’s the sun. But economic ruin our gov’t let us have, and war ruin.
Like so many others, I feel on the brink of insanity because of this. The economy alone is influencing us so badly that we have had to cut back on things we need, like household help, as we are disabled. We will never buy another stitch of clothing or shoes. We drive to shop in Santa Fe only half as much as we did, which is hard on me, as I have to load up and carry in a lot of stuff at one time, in the blazing sun that is bad for my ailments, including MS. The crazy gov’t is not funding the national lab here in Los Alamos, and my son may lose his job, although he’s clever enough to get another one in biotechology. No house can sell here except by the grace of God, and we will be out on the street in maybe l8 months, if we live that long.
It’s all enough to put one into insanity.
I’m hanging on, hoping the Rapture is soon. Selfish of me? Yes, but there are a lot of us not too worthy who are depending on His righteousness.
I have read so much pro-war stuff lately, including that concerning Israel, that I thought of you and your position. God bless you.

Thanks for your e-mail. I have been to your web-site before but truthfully, I had to go again to refresh my mind at to what you believe and teach. I did read the article on Hal Lindsey and I too am thankful because in the 70’s I also became interested in Bible Prophecy. Being young and very ignorant I accepted almost everything he taught as gospel. He seemed to have it all figured out that 1948’s Israel’s rebirth marked the beginning of the ‘last generation’, and that a generation in God’s Word was 40 years, and that by 1987-88 all would be over. I said all that to say this. We both know what God has said about those who prophesy falsely. Yes, I agree that Hal has gotten of track even more and I pray for God to help him. You are a tremendous writer and obviously have a heart for God.
If I remember correctly, I invited you to visit our web-site but have no ideal as to whether you did or not. I have there 16 articles titled ‘WISDOM FROM ABOVE’. I did so at God’s command because that’s exactly where and who these teachings came from. God has never commanded me to name names of those who preach or teach anything which is untrue. The same thing can be accomplished by just holding God’s Word up beside all false teachings. Ever reader must then decide for themselves. This request is made in LOVE, God’s LOVE at that. Should you be willing to spend about 10 minutes of your time, it WILL be well worth your time to make that visit NOW, and read only one article. The title of this article is, ‘THE RAPTURE – (resurrection). I know from whom I received this knowledge and it was not something left over that ‘any man’ taught. Especially a man whom God already has plainly shown to be in error. Jesus was sent by His Father and told exactly what to say and to whom He should say it. Whether his listeners would hear or forbare, well, that was their choice, not His. Most people have enough pride in themselves to make them resist admitting when they have been wrong. When God makes them see that what they are teaching is not THE TRUTH but only THE TRUTH twisted or perverted into a lie.
God has plainly taught me the meaning of the words as used in his Word, Doctrines of devils. This was His answer to me when I inquired of Him as to, what exactly was the difference between ‘SOUND DOCTRINE’ and ‘Doctrines of devils’ As nearly as memory will allow me I will quote his answer here. “Sound doctrine is THE TRUTH SPOKEN IN LOVE for the purpose of delivering someone from destruction, and Doctrines of devils is ‘always’THE TRUTH which has been twisted and perverted into a LIE. One of the best things I love about getting the answer, (although there are many) in fact , everything, He, meaning God, can say ‘more’ in only a few words, than a man can say in a multitude of words. Anyway, I write this request to you ‘IN LOVE, and my prayer is, that you will receive it in the SPIRIT in which it is written.

This is the first time I have contacted you, but after reading your article:PPP, and reading the large article, I felt I should contact you, and let you know that I appreciated both articles. I also served in VN (64-65), altho not in the same manner, I was Casualty NCO for he USAF during this period. War and the results are the most horrible, you can’t believe that people would treat and kill people in any manner that they can think of. Also, when you place young people in these position are changed for the rest of their lives. Some of the thing I witnessed in my position were things I’ll never forget and I hope that Jehova allows me to be in this position again.
Theere is n’t much more I can say, but thanks for the article. Please continue sending material to me as I enjoy reading them, and keeping me advised.

I read your email with great interest. I made a Westpac & was only involved in Vietnam “on the fringes. I was born, raised & still am a practicing Catholic. My Catholic faith has never wavered, although it has been tested in my lifetime. Our war wasn’t the most popular of endeavours & the scars are still there. Everybody that I know that served did so with honor & distinction, regardless of political beliefs. There’s still a lot of evil in the world & I pray my Rosary everytime I go to Mass for peace throughout the world. Now it’s the sons of friends who are in harm’s way. Thank You for your concern, but my roots in Catholicism sustain me in my darkest of hours.

my combat tour was far different than my brothers in arms who served in Viet Nam. I was 14 when Saigon finally fell, four years short of that warand I waited to enter the Army until I was 25 years old. Panama has very little in common with Viet Nam, while the bullets were real, the combat situations were less harsh. I had faith prior to the Panama experience, but we did not attend a church until about four years ago. I would be mor ethan happy to share experiences and to keep in touch…

Thank you for the message. I had left the army near the time of the deactivation of the 2nd Infantry Division following the Korean conflict. I was not aware that units of the 9th Infantry had become a part of the 25th Infantry Division in Viet Nam. In 1953 my father’s brother was in command of the 55th QM Base Depot in Pusan. His father, mother, and my father are all buried together at the army cemetery at Arlington, Va.
Your message brings to my mind the consistent offer of forgiveness contained in Mat 9, Mark 2, Luke 5 and John 5: “your sins are forgiven, pick up your pallet and walk” and variations thereon. And your reference to scripture “by Grace you are saved…” and not by your works gives a hint of your “flavor” of Christian heritage. Yes, I would have been a lot better soldier had I known 1 John 1:9-10. The disguised Christian teachings at Fort Benning (about the ability to charge up the hill firing your rifle and not having to look back to see if your soldiers were following) were in reality a witness to the Truth as shown us by Jesus Christ. Yes, I knew His Name, but I didn’t Know Him.
Yet, I have been saddened by the reported lack of leadership evidenced by stories from Viet Nam about unacceptable behavior towards “newcomers” to the battle scene there. It’s no wonder that so many veterans are still haunted by post traumatic stress syndrome.
But, by His Grace, I have been shown the Truth; I believe and have accepted the Offer and am saved from the consequences set out in Rom 6:23 and rejoice that you, too, are one of those described in 2nd Cor 5:17.
Your sins of the flesh do not exist in the eyes of God; they have been redeemed by the Blood at the Cross!

Thank you for your service during Vietnam. Although the war was over by the time I was born, it is a subject I care deeply about. I am now older than my father was when he was there and I try to imagine the confusion and horrors he faced.
My religious beliefs have no baring on my support and appreciation for our veterans – especially those during the Vietnam era. I read your entire email and was tempted to reply in a different manner but I will refrain from getting into my personal beliefs. I’m happy that you have found solace in something that enables you to move on from this tumultuous part of many veteran’s lives.

I counseled a man a few days ago who didn’t go to Nam and has spent the rest of his life feeling bad about it. Then there are guys like you who got a cushy job in Nam who spend the rest of there life feeling bad about it. You must forgive yourself and move on. If you got into a situation where you weren’t required to kill anyone do you think the Lord would be disappointed? How folks can feel bad about not having to kill people is baffling to me, but it is, however, very common.
One more thing I have gathered from your writing is that you must never have held a baby in your arms. You couldn’t have possibly held a baby and looked into it’s face and attribute all the evil to it that you mentioned below. I am not saying these things to put you down these are just things that I have a problem with as a three tour combat veteran.

First off, I thank you for the sacrifice you have made for our country. Vets deserve honor and appreciation, more than what they get! How true that all of us were born into this world with a sin nature filled with the pride, love of money, self and carnal pleasures. I couldn’t agree with you more. That you are offering Jesus as the answer is wonderful, and I’m greatly encouraged to learn that many vets are open to your message.
The “blinding spirit of pride that consumes the militant patriots of the right wing religious zealots” is an interesting concept, one to which I have given considerable thought. In Chapter 11 of my second book, I address “Jingoism” under these categories: Rightful Patriotism, Radical Patriotism, and Partiality in the Pew. The idea is to expose, as error, warmongering patriotism smacking of idolatry, but all too often advanced by the church.
I’m sure you agree that it’s not so much about politics or partisan faith, but it is all about Jesus Christ. I perceive that theme throughout your writings, and I love hearing your testimony as to how your eyes (and your wife’s eyes) were opened to the truth! Your written testimony on the web page is heartwarming, articulate, biblically sound and engagingly humble. I am certain that, with all the hits on your site, you’ve touched many lives as a result of it. In fact, I’m very impressed with your entire web site. It is well appointed and full of substance.
Too few link their beliefs with Bible truth. On the other hand, you’ve been very careful to substantiate your theological grid scripturally, and I really respect that. We all did our part in Vietnam. We did what we were sent to do, whether it be infantry, armor, arty or support. Orders are orders.
God has his way of scheduling events for us, and we will never know why some live, no matter what we do, and some die. The oldes question about death is “why do good men die?”
I died of cancer in 1997. I flatlinned at the hospital and was sent back because my missions were not completed. The doc’s said I wouldn’t make it another year, and that was ten years ago.
I minister from a postion of having been there and done that. I use my military, law enforcement and health issues background to bring the lambs to the Lord. I think we are on the same journey.
I too am a disabled vet (90%) and retired from the army and police depts. I’v ejst been diagnosed with Agent Orange connected diabetes type 2, peripheral neuropathy in all limbs, and other things, so the health issues at my age are always a constant battle, and I think assaults by Satan. Still, we fight back and persevere.

Greetings Jack, from a Vietnam vet and a fellow Christian. Our stories are remarkably a like. I was an athiest after VN and a poor Catholic before. My rifle platoon was nearly decimated and rendered combat ineffective in 7 seconds give or take. I blamed God first, the generals in charge of the operation second and damned near every one else eventually.
If I could type I would share with you. I agree with your outline of Christianty and would love to discuss the details. We can both be wrong but we can never both be right about scriptures if we have different points of view because there is only one truth and I seek it every day. I am surrounded by humanist so talking to a believer with your back ground would be refreshing.

In response to your email to me. The attached is my testimony (The Cover Story) that I wrote for the church I attend and have attended since I was born. I have heard testimonies in our church from people that have found Jesus that also were
atheists even though they were not saved because of being in the war. My story starts out when I was sixteen years old and found Jesus. This was three years before I went to Vietnam. Its another perspective for you to read and learn because Christians were brain washed into thinking that taking the life of another human being was OK. I have been fighting this guilt ever since I came home from Vietnam even though I have asked the Lord for his forgiveness when I returned and found that he forgave freely. I was in an infantry unit and was in some small firefights and blown ambushes where there were people I had to kill. It wasn’t all that hard to do at the time but as life goes on I found that it is even harder to forgive myself for what I’ve done. Peoples lives have been changed because of me and my actions. Perhaps you can shed some light on the matter. I’m not looking to justify my actions as a christian but would like to know if you think a christian who has killed the enemy even though the bible says “thou shalt not kill” can still make it to heaven if he has asked forgiveness from our God. I have written much concerning my memories of events and feelings of the guilt I now have and my rage against our government for what they did to myself along with all the soldiers that ever fought in that war. Thank you for your e-mail, and your concern. As you probably all ready know, I too am a Nam vet. I was with the 2/77TH FA 25TH Div, and with the 1/8TH FA 1st Air Calv in 1970. We were the guys who invaded Cambodia in late April early may of 70. Surprisingly enough not much is commonly known about that time. In fact not until recently has the government released any info on this time. Even now their version doesn’t fit up to what really happened. I fully understand why you feel bad about not being in the thick of it but trust me it’s much worse knowing that you caused the death of so many as I do. Like you, I came back without my faith, and I’m still that way today. I still believe in a supreme being, and follow most of the commandments except the two about the Sabbath and one God over the other. I guess there’s just to many religions, and to date there doesn’t seem to be one that fits, so to speak. If everybody’s right, somethings wrong, somewhere. Like you mentioned in your letter, it seems to me that these people Thur out history have caused most of the wars we’ve seen to date.That’s a lot of blood on letting to convince someone to follow these holy books, wouldn’t you say! It’s hard for me to believe that there’s only one way into heaven, and if there is, how can you be so sure yours is the right way. I guess what I’m trying to say is that loving your fellow man and just being a good person should be enough for a ticket. All this arguing over which way is right has caused more damage than good. It’s like the old war phrase Peace or I’ll kill you. Maybe someday people will get it together, and find out that its all about respect, and love of your fellow man. All this eye for an eye has done is blind us all.
I’m glad for you because you seemed to have found your way in this life. In a way I have too by simply treating everyone with respect rather than trying to convince them my way is the only way. Kindness is contagious and is always played forward, so it needs to be spread. In short you seem to be a good person and your website is very interesting to say the least. I too as you probably know was a young LT. in Vietnam ~ my guilt is leaving my platoon behind to become an XO after almost 7/8 months in the rice paddies and hills and mountains of Northern South Vietnam… I also have guilt about what happened after I left VN early as part of Nixon’s first 25 thousand withdrawal numbers… a week later the 4th of the 31st Infantry of the 196th was decimated… replaced by the Marines…
I looked at your message and God was indeed my salvation and I had him beside me in VN… which is the only reason I’m here.. I knew it then and I know it now ~

Dear Bro. Jack,
I am in full concurrence with you in your discernment of the evil of the ecumenical movement to bring all the denominations into Rome whether it be thru an “evangelical” movement or “promise keepers”, etc.
As you know, I have often stated that Roman Catholicism is the Spiritual part of Babylon, with the Madonna Child Cult of “Mary” worship, and literal Baal or Lucifer worship thru their so-called priesthood (priests with hoods). All of this falls under the doctrine of Babylon, or the end time Neo-Babylon, headed up here in America. This is Satan’s masterpiece of deception that has existed historically since ancient Babylon by the Euphrates River, the first civilization this side of the flood of Noah, and Nimrod and Semiramis’ setting up of the Priesthood of Baal, with Nimrod as the first Pontifex Maximus. This title, Pontifex Maximus came down thru all of the ancient empires of man, to settle in what we call the Holy Roman Empire where the Caesars of Rome passed this title from the last Caesar, Constantine who became the first Pope of the Roman Church. All of this is historical facts if one cares to take the time to research this out. This is very sinister stuff also, because, of what the Church of Rome, or Spiritual Babylon is trying to do in modern times, which is to bring in together all “Christian” denominations to commit whoredoms with the church of Rome!
Jack, you and I know that America was chosen by Satan to be the New Babylon or Babylon the Great, for, in America would be established the headquarters for the United Nations, the culmination of Neo-Babylon with it’s three branches: Spiritual, economic and political. I believe I have also mentioned how Satan has ruled his earthly empire in total secrecy from three locations, known historically as “The ancient Babylonian Power of Three”. Today, these locations are: Spiritual: Rome Economic: London, England Political: Washington, D.C. However, Satan brings it all together in New York City, USA at the United Nations Organization, an Occultic Satanic Organization with one thing in mind, the establishment and revival of Babylon. This is why God calls America Babylon the Great in Revelation 17 & 18.
This all has huge ramifications for the American Christians, the vast majority of whom know absolutely nothing about this, simply because they will not search for the truth. They believe these ecuminical servants of satan that says it will be revived Rome, when the Bible plainly tells us it is revived Babylon! God help those of us who have taken the time and studied this out, to tell others the truth, ones that the Holy Spirit leads us to. America is Babylon the Great. Therefore, America is destroyed, according to the Bible because she is at the forefront of Anti-christ movements, and eventaually will actually produce the political antichrist whom I believe is alive now, planning his ascension to the throne of planet earth, as president of the whole world!
Jack, we know that Christians in America are being deceived in so many ways, not the least of which, they are told by their pastors that they need to be good patriots and support the military services and serve in the military if they can. America is literally going throughout the world establishing democracies. Few Christians realize that this will be the end-time beast system of government, a type of democracy that will be a system of democracy, Fascism (aka Hitler) and Communism (aka Russia). It will be a Totalitarian Dictatorship of the first order with the Political Anti-christ heading it up from America! Few people will believe this, because Americans have always believed that we are a truly Christian nation. In reality, if one will look at America today, we can truly say that we are not a Christian nation today. We are a nation that has been lead into all forms of sin: Alcoholism, idolitry, drug addiction, fornication, adultry, pleasure lovers, entertainment lovers, sports lovers, etc. This is the America of today, a nation beling lead into eternal ruin, believing a lie. God help us to rescue a few from this dreadful situation!
I don’t mean to sound so morbid, but, it is truly a very sad and frightening situation that America has been plunged into by the enemies workers. I am so grateful to know that there are a few people that have taken the time to search out the truth about Babylon the Great, America, and are trying to warn the people of the consequences of this.
Bro. Jack, I want to encourage you to keep on seeking the truth and telling the truth, no matter the response from the nay sayers that are out there. God has warned us. Here we are brinking again. Economic ruin, weather ruin, or war ruin.
Is this God allowing prophecy to be fulfilled, or is it deliberate ruin
of our world by the Powers that Be? Well, the weather isn’t our
fault–it’s the sun. But economic ruin our gov’t let us have, and war
ruin.
Like so many others, I feel on the brink of insanity because of this.
The economy alone is influencing us so badly that we have had to cut
back on things we need, like household help, as we are disabled. We
will never buy another stitch of clothing or shoes. We drive to shop
in Santa Fe only half as much as we did, which is hard on me, as I have
to load up and carry in a lot of stuff at one time, in the blazing sun
that is bad for my ailments, including MS. The crazy gov’t is not
funding the national lab here in Los Alamos, and my son may lose his
job, although he’s clever enough to get another one in biotechology.
No house can sell here except by the grace of God, and we will be out
on the street in maybe l8 months, if we live that long.
It’s all enough to put one into insanity.
I’m hanging on, hoping the Rapture is soon. Selfish of me? Yes, but
there are a lot of us not too worthy who are depending on His
righteousness.
I have read so much pro-war stuff lately, including that concerning
Israel, that I thought of you and your position.

Thanks for your e-mail. I have been to your web-site before but truthfully, I had to go again to refresh my mind at to what you believe and teach. I did read the article on Hal Lindsey and I too am thankful because in the 70’s I also became interested in Bible Prophecy. Being young and very ignorant I accepted almost everything he taught as gospel. He seemed to have it all figured out that 1948’s Israel’s rebirth marked the beginning of the ‘last generation’, and that a generation in God’s Word was 40 years, and that by 1987-88 all would be over. I said all that to say this. We both know what God has said about those who prophesy falsely. Yes, I agree that Hal has gotten of track even more and I pray for God to help him. You are a tremendous writer and obviously have a heart for God.
If I remember correctly, I invited you to visit our web-site but have no ideal as to whether you did or not. I have there 16 articles titled ‘WISDOM FROM ABOVE’. I did so at God’s command because that’s exactly where and who these teachings came from. God has never commanded me to name names of those who preach or teach anything which is untrue. The same thing can be accomplished by just holding God’s Word up beside all false teachings. Ever reader must then decide for themselves. This request is made in LOVE, God’s LOVE at that. The title of this article is, ‘THE RAPTURE – (resurrection). I know from whom I received this knowledge and it was not something left over that ‘any man’ taught. such in His Word. We must also remember the Remnant too that Father shall have among the
unbelievers. So many things are happening today, its almost too hard to keep up with. And with
each day that brings us closer to His return, we must remember that these things must take place
