I refute everything you espouse and everything you stand for....you are a dominionist, fundamentalist Christian who despises our great country's beautiful Constitution and its totally SECULAR mandates....America is NOT a "Christian Nation", Jack....it is a SECULAR nation where all faiths (or no faith) may prosper but none may dominate by engaging the formidable machinery of The State.....your personal view of your OWN "Christian" rights will NEVER trump the civil rights of your fellow American brothers and sisters....get over it and get a grip please............Mickey

Mickey, my friend, I don’t know where you got the idea I think America is now or ever has been a Christian nation.  My website is named “Babylon the Great is Falling” and repeatedly declares that the United Sates was born in 1776 as Babylon the Great of Revelation 18.  It was founded by those who claimed to be Christians but most of them were not biblical followers of the Lord Jesus Christ and his teachings.  Among those teachings he said clearly that all the nations are controlled by the fallen angels until his second coming.  You, being a Jew, should know than more than I but sadly you deny Jesus as the Messiah.  Please reconsider.  Your eternal friend.  Jack

Hello Jack...

I used to be the appointment secretary at CCCM in the mid-80's ~ I'm also a former nun and was with the Carmelite order for seven years, until the Lord reached in behind the monastery walls and took me out. PTL!!

I've just read your article about Calvary/Chuck/Rick Warren et al...I've been aware for a while, but it's really making me sick in spirit/heart to know or see how Satan has snaked his way in and through Calvary via Jerry Boynkin/the Jesuits', etc...

From some lite research that I've done over the past months, I've come across someone named Pat Matrisciana. He was or still is a CIA operative and Pat stated in one article that he was the one used to begin the Jesus Movement and that the CIA is behind Campus Crusade for Christ...I'm reeling about things right now...and fat-toad Rick Warren is a proud card-carrying member of the Council on Foreign Relations, which is controlled by the Illuminati.

What in the h-e-double-l is going on with them??!! Brian Broderson seems proud to support the new evangelisation movement, which is orchestrated out of the evil Vatican. All these "new movements" "programs" are ALL born in the Vatican. This NEM is global! and to coin an old phrase "All roads lead to Rome" couldn't be more true.

Why is Chuck Smith doing this? handing Calvary (at large) over to the Vatican. It's their design/plan to eliminate the Protestant Church/the Mega Churches and bring everyone to the Pope.

Sorry...truly. I didn't mean to rant and carry on so. But do you know if Chuck was the one who at the time was free of the Vatican or if this Pat Matriscian was the one who actually started the movement. I know that Billy Graham was/is financed by the Vatican when he started out in the late 40's...

Okay, the end. And I do thank you for just listening.

Blessing sent and Sola Scriptura!

Pam

Hi Jack,

I enjoyed reading this article but I know I'll have to go back over it a few times because there's a whole lot of information here.  I do have a couple of questions though which I hope you can answer for me.  I recently have been hearing various ideas about the Rapture...pre and post trib I believe it's called.  How can one really know which it will be?  I'm not a fan of the post trib idea because I sure want to be out of here before all hell literally breaks loose but those who believe in it are very adament.   Do you find it easy to see where either of these ideas could be a possibility?

I also have heard recently that the KJV of the Bible is the only reliable Bible.  Do you believe that to be true?  Any information you could forward on to me would be greatly appreciated.

God Bless

Dear Toni,

Thanks for responding to my article and your questions.  I have always held to the pre-tribulation rapture of the hated and persecuted remnant of believers.  The mid and post trib teachings do not fit the plan and purpose of our Lord Jesus as I understand these things.  I wrote an article a few years ago concerning this which I am pasting below for your information (Accursed from Christ).  It is found on our website as well.  While I will not get into any arguments about translations, I do agree that the KJV is the best and I use it to study.

I hope my online book written in 1980 and current articles help you even more in understanding the greatness of our Lord Jesus Christ, his shed blood for our sins, and his glorious resurrection.  There is coming a day when the Lord will return in judgment and then imprison the fallen angels who are temporarily allowed by God to rule the nations because of the Adamic sin nature of all men. Until that day of judgment we are to call all men to repentance, to love and offer forgiveness to the worst of our enemies, even those who wish us dead.  Keep in touch, Toni.

Jack,

It is outstanding that I found Rick Frueh’s website http://judahslion.blogspot.com/ before knowing you recommended it. I found it by “chance” and sure enough a conservative Christian friend of mine was thoroughly offended on what he read on pastor Rick’s site. This friend is so angry at Obama that he doesn’t care what he will vote for in November. As long as Obama is destroyed so the country can be “saved”...so he thinks. He is also a friend that will not examine other points of view unless they’re blessed by FOX News.

My thought is that our Lord has left America, because America left our Lord.

Therefore for our part I think the wisest course is to warn the brethern not to take the mark of the beast and individually stand for our Lord and eventually we will wind up going to world court when we are deivered up for refusal to take the mark of the beast, and bring testimony AGAINST them all, for the good name of our Messiah, that sent His Angel to His servant John, to warn us all not to join the dragons new world order.

It is coming, but we are not supposed to join it, if we are Christians

-------------------------------------------------

Hi Dear Jack

Thank you for your kind words...yes I am totally with you regarding the evil world we live in and that everything is governed by Satan and his demons angels.  I am sure you are familar with the huge humanoid skeletons that have been unearthed in various countries, giving evidence of the connection with the fallen angels spoken of in Genesis and the book of Jude.

It is very hard for us to even find a church that is not contaminated with 'control mechanisms' 'rick warren garbage' and other Kingdom now proponants.

We have our own 'House of Prayer' on a Wednesday and just worship the Lord and pray and sometimes have the bread and wine together.  We feel move of the Holy Sprit with just 5-8 of us than often in the unfeeling churches led by businessmen

Where do you manage to worship in the States?

We of course are in a mainly Greek Orthodox Catholic country, governed by men in black or grey frocks with odd hats and beards...most that we talk too are hungry for the word of God, but they never hear it in their Churches, as its all about icons, Mary and traditions.

So I was so gald to see your web site and will now keep in touch...

May the Lord Yahweh and his Yeshua be with you

Many blessings

David

Dear Jack Hook

I do not know you or anything about you! Consequently, could you send me some kind of Doctrinal Statement of your beliefs, such as what you believe about the Bible, Christ, Salvation, the Church etc. Tho your writing is informative & interesting, I don't have time to read the writings of someone who isn't straight Doctrinally, so it is important to me to know who you are and what you believe!

I love America and I also love Gods Word! The hope for America is found in II Chronicles 7:14 & II Timothy 2:15. We must follow II Timothy 2:2 & passionately deliver truth to the next generation. I appreciate anyone that will take the time to study and write as you obviously have and probably will continue to do. You were in the military and served in Vietnam and I thank you for that. The military only works properly when soldiers follow orders! I believe this true of us as Christians as well. II Timothy 2:15 helps a Christian learn how to find the orders and then obey them. I believe that the New Testament clearly points to the Local Church as the Pillar and Ground of the Truth. I believe that Church is a Baptist Church, meaning "The Bible Is The Boss!"  I am an Independent Baptist by conviction. Independent because denominations are the creation of Lucifer and his co-horts in Rome!! I stand against all denominations including all the so-called Baptist denominations. The term Baptist going back to the title Jesus labeled John with signifies a people who refuse to follow the religious leaders of their day and instead submit themselves to the Lord and His Word! Consequently, it is an oxymoron to call yourself a Baptist and be in a denomination. God hates denominationalism, nicolaitism, and the book of Acts clearly teaches church independence and stands against the mother church nonsense of Rome and denominationalism.

Thus my question to you is what church are you a member of and serving in? Are you an Independent Baptist? I just really don't know anything about you. If you are not willing to answer these questions please do not send me anymore emails. I have nothing against you, I just have better things to do then read the writings from someone who is writing about spiritual things, when we don't agree scripturally! I trust you understand!!

Thank you,

Pastor Nichols

I appreciate your email message---It was very good---You have touched on so many things that i agree with you----I do not write that much----but my whole life is trusting in Jesus Christ and i know He is coming back very soon for His Kingdom----I do not put my thoughts and trust in all these theories of what might happen in months or years to come--I truly believe God is in charge and He will lead us in the right direction----God Bless You.

Jack,

What about these scriptures?  How do you interpret our Lord's words and admonition here?

35 And he said unto them, When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes , lacked ye any thing? And they said , Nothing. 36 Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one. 37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end. 38 And they said , Lord, behold , here are two swords. And he said unto them, It is enough.  Luke 22:35-38.

Interesting these scriptures are left out and not preached or taught upon. What about you?  How do you answer?   Why did the Lord say this?  What did He mean by it? please reply.

Charlie

Greetings Charlie,

Thanks for responding and your question concerning the swords Jesus told his disciples to collect.  This portion of scripture has been interpreted differently for generations and has been used to “justify “wars by militant patriots from many so-called Christian nations coming out of the divided Roman Empire .  I was once a staunch supporter of that position when I served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

I did several radio interviews a few years ago and one of our topics was this scripture in Luke concerning Peter’s sword.  I hope you have some time to listen to them.

The recordings can be heard on the “The Byte Show” hosted by GeorgeAnne Hughes.  Just click on the link provided below.  In them we discussed the timing and details of the second coming of Jesus to this Earth.  We also talked about how today’s hurricanes and earthquakes are pointing to the coming fullness of God’s wrath written in the Revelation.

Probably the most important thing we talked about in our interview is how we can be freed from the prison of our own sin natures.  Those who have received this freedom now understand how to conduct themselves as the war on Islamic terrorism continues to rage around the planet, drawing all nations ever closer to the nuclear nightmare of the final world war.

Even with the knowledge of this coming holocaust among the kingdoms of this world, most Christian leaders in America continue to teach the “just” war doctrine that has consumed Christendom since the early days of Emperor Constantine and Augustine seventeen centuries ago.  These leaders of today continue to almost exclusively focus on and misuse Luke 22:35-53, where Jesus instructed his followers to purchase swords, as justification for them to take up arms against their enemies.  I think you will find our conversation about Peter’s Sword extremely relevant.

I have also posted the latest “Your Comments” on my web site.  These are interesting emails from many people who have replied to my writings.  As you read over them you will see the immense confusion there is among Christians over the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ.  After listening to the interviews, I encourage you post any comments or questions you might have in my “Guestbook” or send me an email.  I look forward to hearing from you.  Finally, I again encourage you to read my article “The Pilgrim’s Way…As Judgment Falls” that also addresses these same issues

Your eternal friend,

Jack

Jack,
I too do not see these scriptures to be an interpretation of war.  However I do see the
place that during that time of history and now it appears our Lord was pointing us in the
direction of preparation for self defense when the need arises.  I find scripture vindicates this,  in both old and new testaments.  Do we give up, lay down and roll over and die
uselessly when an enemy comes to our door?

------------------------------------------

Since you asked for my thoughts, I will give them to you.

Did you know that there are now currently an estimated 7 million war orphans in Afghanistan and Iraq (I support several via monthly charities and they all write me wonderful letters--I can share some with your readers, they are tearful and touching.  One young girl has called me "mom" for years now, having lost her parents in the war.)

Please ask people in the name of Jesus, Joseph and Mary, and his brothers and sister Ruth (gotta get in the entire Holy Family, you know) to take care of the war orphans.  And Please, please pray we don't create any more until the first group have been taken care of.

Jesus and Mary Magdalene loved the little children of the world!

Hello Jack,

This was very interesting. I find it very puzzling when politics is presented in any pulpit, being that Christ and Him alone should be exalted there. A few years ago I stumbled upon a web page where a person was sharing his views on the American flag and was wondering why people displayed that on church property. Federal law doesn't require that ... and the Bible certainly doesn't require that either. Federal law requires the national flag to be displayed on government property and buildings. So why is it a common practice to display it especially in the worship area of a church ... usually next to the "Christian" flag (which is a topic itself)? Churches are generally dedicated for the exclusive purpose of doing God's business, or at least they should be. It would be interesting to find when and where and why that custom originated.

A brother in Christ,

Gary
